Toronto Chinese Community Collection Agency (Comming Soon）

We are building a new, fully compliant Ontario debt collection agency focused on providing essential Chinese community services for the Chinese community across Toronto and the GTA. 

We are now seeking a partner co-founder opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of industry experience (or equivalent) to join us in establishing and leading the collection operations. 

This is a rare chance to become a founding member of a regulated, fast-growing professional service business in Ontario.

We are seeking a partner for a co-founder opportunity with 2+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: ✔ Collection agency operations ✔ Consumer or commercial debt collection ✔ Bank or financial recovery (credit card, loan recovery, risk control) ✔ Accounts receivable / AR management ✔ Skip tracing / tracing debtors ✔ Negotiation and repayment arrangement experience ✔ Small Claims Court or legal recovery. Equivalent experience within the financial, legal, or credit industry is also accepted. While Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset, it is not required. In short, you will be a core member of the leadership team, helping shape policies, compliance, and operational workflows to better serve the Chinese community services and enhance our debt collection agency.
